The Port and Starboard has built an outstanding reputation over the years, and this much loved fish and chippery is now being run by local farmers-turn-fryers, the Brewers.

Our Team

The dedicated team is headed up by Rebecca Brewer. Rebecca has won many awards in her young career as a chef and has worked at one of Rick Stein’s restaurants. She has also been shortlisted for Drywite Young Fish Frier Of The Year Award 2020.
